Climate and Head Protection
The SWEATOR-HEAD is successfully used for the analysis and optimization of unpleasant moisture accumulation in head protection products. Explore the development of heat and humidity within helmets, caps, hats, and other head-related products. In combination with SWEATLOG HeadView, the entire head protection system can be measured, visualized, and subsequently optimized in a climatically reproducible manner.

Shapes:
SWEATOR-HEAD: DIN EN 960:2006, 585 head shape with perforation, other head circumferences on request.
Data acquisition:
T (°C), RH (%), AH (g/kg), HI (°C) = “perceived” T, time, as well as thermodynamic indicators of the defined standard conditions.
Data storage and analysis
Data on SD card (TXT).
We offer customized evaluation tables based on Excel.
Data visualization:
In combination with SWEATLOG HeadView technology and software, the microclimate between the head and head protection can be visualized.
T/RH recording:
No sensors are provided in the basic product; however, as with every SWEATOR, up to 8 slots for T/RH sensors are available. We specifically recommend using our SWEATLOG HeadView with 14+1 sensors for the head.
